Everyone hurts sometime, and my goal is to help reduce pain and help you find ways to relieve stress, pain and stiffness.  My techniques vary from gentle to deep.  Each technique flows into the next with no "preset" plan other then what you the client tell me you need for that session.  I do not "dig" out tight spots, work deeper than what your nervous system is capable of receiving, or tell you what you need to feel better. I listen to you and try to offer any or all techniques suitable to your condition.  I ask for a lot of feedback from you my client to make sure that the treatment is what you want and expect.  I want you to leave feeling significantly better than when you walked in.

Since 2007 I have been honing my techniques to offer the most comprehensive manual therapy I can to all my clients each time they come to me for help.  I continually study new techniques to offer a wide variety of modalities.  I find that by offering whatever technique is called for at the time instead of pricing out "deep massage" or "trigger point massage" or "lymphatic drainage" separately allows me to work with each client individually.

You may see me about town running, at a yoga class or even on stage doing improv.  I try to live by my motto: Life's a journey; make it a healthy one!
